Samples and prices

The client is purchasing digital goods.

The commissioned work is only for personal use. Commercial use is subject to three times the base price.

In the event that the client does not have a full character reference at hand (i.e. walls of text), the client will be subject to design fees (20%).

The client may not trace or alter the finished work in any way.

The client may not use the commissioned work for anything related to AI or NFTs.

The artist reserves the right to the final product, and reserves the right to post the commissioned work for marketing purposes/publicity.

If the the client requests the commission to be private, the finished work will be exempt from the rule above.

The client may not ask the artist to copy another artist's art style for a commission. That being said, the artist asks for creative freedom.

The artist reserves the right to decline a commission.

The finished artwork will be sent via google drive.

Deadlines may last from one to two weeks, up to months.

Please notify the artist should the client require a specific deadline.

Should the client cancel a commission during the creation process, the client does not reserve the right to use or keep any progress preview sent by the artist.

Payments are only accepted in USD via PayPal.

Additional fees may be applied depending on how detailed the commission is.

50% of the commission price is paid after the finalized draft and the final half is paid once the commissioner has finished the commission

Only after the commission price has been paid in full will the artist send the full resolution commission via google drive

A refund is not applicable once the artist has already finished the commissioned artwork.

A full refund is applicable if the artist cannot finish the commission for any reason.
